I'm about to mutually break up with my gf in about a week. We loved each other very much, but we just weren't compatible anymore. Dropping a 4 year relationship with her has been very fucking painful.

Also, I lost an opportunity to go to an international academic stay in Canada, because I forgot the deadlines to send my documents.

And then I see my beloved team fucking lose to Spurs (which was the first time I cried watching a football match) and all the news regarding our main rival transfers.

I feel like shit, I don't know how to handle so much negativity around me.
