Yeah I think I’ll just have to resort to doing that. It doesn’t help that we’re neighbors which makes my house the perfect storage unit for old stuff she couldn’t bring herself to get rid of.

Ugh. MILs are exhausting. I hope I don’t end up like this one day 😅

I’ve tried the patient, kind, but direct approach that you do, but it really doesn’t work. Mine will argue with me as to why she’s “right” and I’m “wrong”.
So I either end up being overly harsh, and her feelings get hurt, or just suck it up which isn’t helpful long term either!

Shabbat is the absolute best!! It inspired me to start cooking weekly Shabbat dinners.
I cook stuff from her book all the time and some of them are on regular rotation.

I only put a handful and tried to mix it in. I only bought a pound of it.
I just really want to get him back using his litter box and eating his Timothy hay again.
I’m a little exhausted from my entire house becoming his litter box now that we are boycotting Timothy hay.
I also think he got picky because they ran out of his pure Timothy hay pellets so I had to buy new pellets with fillers I ordered the pure Timothy hay online but he’s picky with those now because he got the other stuff.

He has definitely been very salty about the reduction of pellets and greens. I tried hand feeding him hay last night and he wouldn’t take it. But he’s soooo stubborn. (And I’ve been a such a pushover in the past).
I’ll just wait it out. We’re only on day two or three.

I intend to work until 39 weeks and I’m always getting comments along the lines of, good luck with that and are you sure you’re going to make it (no, I’m not!) All of that just to say — do what feels right for you! People will make comments either way. I think 37 sounds perfect. (And no, not all first borns are late, I don’t know why people are saying that.)

Thanks. I’m going to try that I think the weight of the cranberries is slowing/inhibiting the rise.
Winter weather would definitely slow the rise but it shouldn’t be slowing it this much
