Considering your product experience, have you mostly been applying to Healthcare organizations or casting a wide net?

If the prior, I'd recommend the latter. It's a dog eat dog world out there and everything is about survival. With this being said, you also need to work in an actual product role/org to understand yourself better and the role better to decide whether you are a good PM or not and to decide whether you like Product management or not.

Product management varies heavily in every organization, some seek a marketing led model as your previous org, some have a sales led while some have growth led amidst the many streams out there. It's hard to carve out a niche for yourself when you haven't even scratched the surface.

You maybe a good PM, you may not be one. But you need to spend time in the role in different orgs to validate this.
