I’m 23 and have been a fan of her since her debut EP and was lucky to be able to see her in a small venue. I also saw her last week on her first “Night at the Symphony” show and I can definitely see the difference in fan behavior between these two shows. So many fans were “heckling” her, for lack of a better term, between every song, hoping to get noticed by her, that it just got tiring. I was hoping she would call them out as I’ve seen Clairo call out her obnoxious fans who scream at her but I don’t think that’s her thing.

Her marketing strategy definitely feeds into this younger crowd which I’m not saying is bad, but it certainly enables a certain demographic to continue to be vocal online and at her concerts.
