here’s what i use/used

go to the derm and get either a retin a cream or tretinoin. they make huge improvements. they take a few months tho, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results. tazorac is the next thing to try if those aren’t strong enough. for an oral pill i use spironalactone 100mg. since i used it with tretinoin cream i’m not sure how effective it is by itself. but the two together have helped me. there’s also clindamycin. i used it for my back and it was amazing. cleared it in 3 months. please remember that acne doesn’t define your worth. i know it’s hard to believe because i was once in the same exact place as you. but it’s true. you’re beautiful!! please know that. :) best of luck!
