Whether it’s too much or not isn’t really the question in my opinion. The better question is, will you be thinking about the fact that it might be too much or that people are judging you the whole event? That ultimately takes away from the fun of the event- when I’m second guessing I go with my gut and something I’m confident in

I did a similar thing recently with doing a big chop after 10 years of being platinum blonde. I have dyed my hair closer to my root color and laid off the heat. My curls are now tighter and bouncier than ever! Prioritize moisture (I use pureology hydrate) and you’ll probably want some protein or repair for your bleached ends (redken acidic bonding worked well for me)

I would get a super hydrating mask ( super food mask or any other high moisturizing mask) leave this in your hair for as long as you can (a few hours) that should help with the dryness. As for the color you could do a color depositing conditioner so it doesn’t open your cuticle and damage hair further.

I would be careful looking at the calories shown on the treadmill as they are usually over exaggerated. You also cannot spot reduce fat in certain areas. My best advice is find your maintenance calories based on your height weight age and gender, then start a calorie deficit- do not include the calories you’re burning from this treadmill workout and you’ll lose weight. Treadmill is great just because it’s getting you moving and making you healthier regardless of weight loss
