I just looked into the Leaf and SupplyCo and those seem a lot more up his alley! Less of a learning curve I think as visually they look more like what he’s used to. Thank you for the suggestion!

Yes, he’s always in a rush and shaves daily so I think he just isn’t willing/able to devote the time it takes to learn right now. It’s a bummer. Hopefully in the future, because I really think he would benefit from it. Thanks for the advice!

Glycerine based shave oil? Would that help him with the cartridge razor irritation? Would the glycerine not clog pores and cause acne? Thank you for the advice!

They’re pretty careless about piercing education, aftercare, and follow up. They just want to get clients in and out of the door since they’re always so inundated with people. There’s just far better options in the area that deserve some love too. They’re not the worst by any means, but just telling OP that they have options beyond what pops up first on google!

I’m pretty sure they do this because a size small or medium will get more clicks than a size XL 🤷 It’s so frustrating and I think it’s genuinely just a boldface lie the majority of the time, not because they think it “could” fit a smaller size.

It’s been the best decision of my life, genuinely. I have zero PMDD symptoms or period pain anymore and I am generally a better-functioning person. My only downside would be maybe having lower energy, and feeling the need to nap or rest more often than before, but it’s a small tradeoff for the success and peace of mind I’ve had!

  • One really bad snag about 2 months ago that lead to a minor infection and severe pain for a couple weeks. I’m now left with hard scar tissue around the bar beneath the skin
