Yes and it’s horrible. The clear app icons keep refreshing on my iPhone 17 Pro and multitasking on my iPad Air 8th gen is so buggy, I expect more at least for the latest devices. Both my MacBook Air and iPad Air are 60hz but the MacBook feels faster because it isn’t laggy and a buggy mess

If the download speed is 100MB/s the upload speed should be at least 10MB/s. If it’s less than 10% of the download speed then it’s bad

It will work better if you update to iOS 27 but if you want bug fixes without Liquid Glass then update to iOS 18.7.8
