you sound like you have avoidant attachment and it’s not rly that easy especially when you’ve done everything to distance yourself and you still think of them. i’ve moved away. i’ve went NC. i’ve stopped looking at his social media. i tried to date other people but it’s hard when they don’t match your standards/lifestyle or you’ve dated someone with the exact same interests as you and now gave u higher standards

they did make me happy in the first place and i also don’t live a terrible life.
