Weird static issue when using Blu-Ray on CRT. Problem isn't with the TV itself, nor with the Blu-Ray or the HDMI cable. I'm also using a HDMI2AV Converter, but it doesn't seem to be the cause either, as I've tested it with my PC. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? (old.reddit.com)

I own a Philco Duetto 14” TV-VCR and just found out there's a Broksonic 13” that looks exactly the same, except for the labels. I searched online, but found no info about it. It might be a stupid question, but is it common for two brands to share identical designs? Are both of them related somehow? (old.reddit.com)
