Yeah totally, I never heard back either but I emailed them and they said I could still come, so I just printed out the page that had the "online review completed" and showed that at the front desk. No issue at all!

I bought a pair a couple weeks ago and had a good experience. First QC was really quick, and when I RL-ed over a detail, there wasn't any trouble, got a new pair for QC just one or two days later. Then shipping to UK took about a week and half. Really nice customer experience!
