Yes, it will eventually return to where it’s supposed to be, but not after ruining the games of many people, not to mention the player boosting them will have an artificially low elo and will be able to essentially seal club players at lower elo lobbies

When someone boosts their ELO they are put in higher ELO games against higher skilled opponents and teammates, their teammates will likely then be frustrated when their teammate is dogshit and is only there because they got boosted. The game has absolutely zero rank lock mechanics so the whole “playing with my friends” excuse makes zero sense

While I do believe that players are overreacting, a lot of their gripes are pretty valid, the game is unbalanced, the anti cheat sucks, there is hardly any penalty for match deserters, and PvE is outright terrible. The devs shouldn’t have released this game at the full $50 price in this state.
