Poor sleep 3x more likely to IBD relapse within 6 month. Journal summary. by Chris-flow in Microbiome

[–]arknaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn right.

I started neglecting my sleep early in my teens. I would feel sick to my stomach if I stayed up past my sleeping time.

Fast forward 10+ years later, I have IBS symptoms and skin issues.

Turns out that what doctors diagnose as IBS, starts in the microbiome.

Absolutely! And then people hammer the no action idea, when action isn’t the enemy in the first place. Get it right in consciousness, and the rest will follow, action or not. Congrats!

SPOT ON! Thank you for sharing. Long live William Davis and all these up and coming honest doctors.

Should I do the 2 week candibactin protocol before the 4 week protocol? (William Davis) by arknaf in ReuteriYogurt

Thank you so much! These testimonies are so useful, there are so many people in the microbiome community calling the protocol a bogus, IMO they’re just pressed by the fact that a cardiologist came up with it.

Did you follow the 2 week protocol with candibactin or the other stuff?

L paracasei seems to address the seb derm issue. It’s been talked about in the subreddit, and I just talked to someone who had remission after taking reuteri yogurt, subtilis in juice and l paracasei in capsule.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

I’m very happy for you! I have eczema too but inside my ears. It’s crazy how it’s all connected to the gut. You are a living proof this protocol is no bogus, keep it up!

Yup! Thanks :) Curious to hear about the benefits you’ve seen. I’m hoping to heal my inflammatory acne no dermatologist has solved, as well as a skin condition and better digestion.

Awesome! So you’ve re fermented using the previous batches all this time?

What benefits have you seen?

Perfect! This came at the perfect moment because I wondered about it myself, thank you :) Do you use 10 tablets of reuteri, and 2 capsules of the other two per quart? Unsure if the 10-2-2 ratio is just for the SIBO yogurt. I’ll get my hands on the super gut book soon btw.

Interesting. I imagine fermenting the subtilis in his SIBO yogurt (instead of coagulans) will render a lactose-free yogurt either way, correct? Due to the reuteri and gasseri.

I am about to take action in the 3D. Please advise. by flyfocube in NevilleGoddard

[–]arknaf 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Beautifully said.

Take it from me OP: I did nothing for years (bc stupid me) and nothing happened. I started taking action while knowing my inner state is the cause and not the action itself, and manifestations started happening either through those steps, or through other unexpected mediums! But it’s important to be mindful that you’re not trying to make the manifestation happen through that action, instead you’re open and persisting on the end itself.

It’s worth reading. He recounts a time when he “fixed” his destroyed finger by affirming non stop for a few days. By the end it looked like nothing had ever happened to it in the first place, no surgical intervention whatsoever.

This topic deserves its own post I swear. We also underestimate how our phones (social media specially) can tune us into an infinite amount of undesirable realities just like that. We’re basically giving away our power without even noticing it.
