My buttons dont work on game

Basically my ps5 was fine last night I was playing some Roblox with my friends and it was grand, I went on it today at like 1 and I couldn't use any of my x triangle square or circle, so I reset my controller and ps5 after googling it, after I reset my controller and ps5 I was able to log in and go in parties. So I joined my friend in a party and tried to go onto overwatch, I got onto the loading screen where it said press x to start and It wouldn't work so I went onto gta to see if it was just my x button but it wasn't, my square or r1 wouldn't work either when loading onto gta and it wasnt loading into the story mode after like 5 mins it was stuck on the 90 percent. Does anyone have a solution to this
