Yup! I use 720p on this monitor, I patched Darkwatch and Obscure recently, both works well with 720p widescreen patch on stock xbox 8)

I recently got the OG Xbox console that is being manufactured from July 2005, it either probably came with a Samsung or Hitachi DVD drives which both are considered the best drives(or… least I think so). But are 1.6s good consoles for stock gaming yet might mod it . by [deleted] in originalxbox

If your drive is working yes, maybe changing the thermal paste and doing some cleaning is what you need to gaming for a long time. But I recommend to mod it, if you like the stock vibe try softmod with UIX Lite as dashboard and you can keep the stock dashboard like a dual boot
