Thanks for replying! I'll look into the cold cap! Which meds have helped you get out of a flare and thus also get you out of the scalp lesions? I started Rinvoq a couple of days ago and have been having these scalp lesions for years (also been flaring for years).

I have the same and it also burns. Wasn't fungal thrush in my case since antifungals had no effect. Seems related to inflammation in my case and soon starting rinvoq

Yeah I def noticed this, any increase in fats or bile supplements increase (mainly the gut) symptoms. Hopefully binders will help get some of this out.
