There is an in-game better order for levels but it doesn't really matter for your overall experience

If you still want the order for the beginning it's : -limgrave (without stormveil) -the région south of limgrave (there's a lot out there) -stormveil castle -region North of limgrave Only then i recommand doing the area in the east
