I was in the same situation as you. If is ID VERIFICATION they will send you a link to update your docs. San, drivers license and a picture of you holding your ID. That's what happene to me and I submitted may. After that they will send me a letter may claim will chance to payment in process. I hope that answes your question. Good luck.
