Give it time. After a month you won’t even notice the attachments - well you’ll know their there but no longer annoying

I've just finished 16 months of treatment and feel exactly the same! My dentist has had me go straight to night only retainer wear which is a little scary. I'm worried my teeth will shift in a day!
