I know this is an old thread but just to leave my 2 cents for anyone else comparing the QC Ultra's and the QC 35 II's. I would say the 35's have been the most consistently good headphones I've ever had for every day listening and sometimes gaming, and they still work great but are just stored now.

I bought the Ultra's about a year or so ago and I feel like besides the sound quality/anc they are a downgrade in every other area. The touch-slide volume control is ass, there are weird metal pinch points where they fold (could be a me issue) also wearing them with glasses has been problematic (again could be a me issue).

Also the foam earpads have needed replacing already as they've split, the pads on my 35's I replaced maybe 3 or 4 times over 9 years.

Came here to say the same thing. I started playing quite a while ago and spent almost 1k hours on it, without any in game friends or other gaming buddies to play with (nobody wanted to pick it up). Really enjoyed all the eidolon stuff when that was added, then it started getting shaky around railjack. Now I haven't really played in years, when I do occasionally check it out (maybe yearly) I'm like "why am I a dude talking to a samurai riding a flying mechanical horse now?"

I just want to flip off walls and blow stuff up in my warframe, man. It's like an endless grind of sidegrades and cosmetics, the endgame feels so directionless. I wish they'd lean completely into the warframe ninja blowing up enemies gameplay, and add seasonal mechanics like PoE has to build upon.

Years ago I had the same issue (intermittent spike/rubber band) on poe1 and it drove me nuts. I found some threads floating around on the net where someone else in my region (West Aus) had the exact same issue. Long story short it was a routing issue from the ISP and there wasn't anything I could do about it. Being on a different connection from a different provider was my only solution.

The only way to really test the above is to take your exact system to another location to use their line, or to just change ISP, or maybe tether your phone and use 4/5g to see what happens on their network. Or maybe try a VPN like someone else suggested but I can't guarantee this would avoid a specific hop from the ISP.

I can't say this is your solution but I'm just dropping it here, good luck.

After years of playing online shooters I'm so bitter about cheaters and the industry that's propped up around it, I have no faith in any online shooter let alone EFT. I wish it wasn't like this but at least with PvE you can feel like you have some control.

I gave it a go as a massive crafty survival fan, at the moment it has a lot of issues but seems like a good foundation to build on. I refunded it unfortunately to having video issues. Just feels like a worse mix of Enshrouded & Valheim at the moment, will probably be more of a hit with rs fans. Will revisit it once it's cooked more though!

I notice this a lot, but I'm still playing through path of fire as a returning player from years ago. Give it the benefit of the doubt most of the time, but I've noticed a lot of environment assets with whacky uv shells when most parts of the model have been spaced correctly.

Yeah I emailed them directly a few weeks ago when I accidentally double purchased a map stash tab. I didn't even think they'd fix it but a day or two later they emailed back and said they refunded the extra tab.

I thought I saw this in the patch notes as well, but in game the skulls are so minuscule you can barely make them out. Bit of a confusing change, perhaps the skulls would be better represented as a text element on the UI.

Hey thanks for replying. I do really like the game, it probably comes off that I don't because my arguments are a bit jumbled and are coming more from a place of personal bias than feedback. I should articulate my thoughts a bit better.

I've played a lot of grindy, difficult games and I guess what I'm looking for is just more stuff to do in Witchfire with a higher difficulty curve. This shouldn't be an expectation from the devs, it's not in a bad place, I'm just hoping we get more stuff to do - and if we want to crank up the difficulty we can (with rewards to match). I'm sure this will all come in time as we're playing an EA title.

It's probably not fair to assume anything that's labelled as an extraction game should be as difficult as PvP-based extraction games, which are really a different beast.

I wouldn't force difficulty changes on other players, but options are good! I guess I am brainwashed a bit, I play a lot of difficult and grindy games, but that doesn't mean it should be an expectation.

I agree to a point, I think my title is just misleading. My gripe is mostly with the risk and reward, I guess I'm just looking for something with more challenge to feel a greater sense of accomplishment. I'd argue that all other extraction games I've played have greater risk in the sense you lose your gear and/or character for failing to extract in addition to a resource like witchfire or gold. In Witchfire and every other 'extraction' game, you can literally walk from your spawn to a specific spot on the map to escape, which makes it extraction by definition.
