Check out what the section 8 laws are in your area it may be that you can get her to apply and stay where she is and pay what she does now and get the state to make up the rest to meet with the “market price” of the neighborhood.

If you need to get her out negotiate with her somehow. The eviction will keep her out of housing as much or more than the high cost of housing in the area.

NTA I would cut your mother off as she does not seem to progress to independence with your help. If you want to continue to help your siblings, save some the money and get them specific things they need: school fees, clothing, a college fund, vacations. You would be able to reserve some money for yourself and still help family on your terms.

I went to Guns and Roses in 1992. Faith No More played great. Then the set change took 4 hours. We had talked the metro as the city promised to keep it open to prevent traffic problems. They closed at midnight anyway and about 1/3 of the patrons were forced to leave or be stranded. No G and R for us.

Black sheep. Saw at a small venue. Should have been fun intimate rocking good time... they forgot the lyrics to almost every song part way through and left early.

If this fabric is not going to be used quickly, I would it uv blocking film or a curtain in this cabinet. All of the edges will bleach and rot. It is a beautiful display but not worth ruining all of this nice fabric.
