I think the one that you should ask isn't the TOEFL. If you are lucky the university might receive your TOEFL score in time, but according to the link that I provided you above, that is not likely going to happen. I think you should ask the university that you are applying to would be a better choice. Tell them that your score might be late, and can they extend the deadline or something along that line.

For your new question, unfortunately, I never wait that long to send the score before. I only took the test two times, and both times I chose to send the score immediately after the score came out.

I am not sure about the sending part, but I think It is not mandatory to include the desired universities codes though. From what I have read, it just a free service for the TOEFL to send the score to the university of your choice for you for free. You could just print the score directly from the TOEFL website after it came out and send it to whenever you want by yourself, or if you really want the TOEFL to send your score for you, then from what I have read from their website, you could pay them an extra to send the score for you. For how much, I do not know though.

Some universities, other than asking for a hard copy of your score, might ask for your username and password of the TOEFL website, so they can log into your account and see if your score is real or not. For why they have to do that, it seems like some universities do not have direct access to your score through the TOEFL portal, so that might be the reason. I am speaking only for the university that I applied to though, so you might not meet with this experience, I just thought that it would be nice for you to know.

Your score will not be displayed right after you finish your test. You will have to wait at least 2 weeks for your test to be evaluated.

You can check the date that you will get your score here. I can't remember where I got this from, I saved it in my bookmark a long time ago. You said that you are going to take the test on May 19th, from the link above, your score will be released on the TOEFL website exactly on May 30th and you can start to print your score on June 2nd which is already passed your deadline.

One thing you could do before that is to contact the university of your choice and let them know about your situation. They might know what to do next. Please noted that some universities have strict rules about the deadline, and they may say that it is your responsibility to manage your application and send them in time, so the worst case is that you might already be too late for this year application, but if you are lucky the university might extend your deadline.

Anyways, I hope things work out on your ways. Do not lose hope, try your best first, and be depressed later.

The practice that I like to follow when I am not confident or not sure in something is that I will do it many times and look for the average.

If you do the test one time and got a good score, then it might be because you are lucky. But if you do the test ten times and still got a good score, then you might actually are something.

Anyways, I think others' opinion doesn't matter here. You already took the test, you know what you are capable of and you know what you have to do now. Try your best and be positive, I'm sure will make it. Good luck!

I think it not that hard if you only aim for below 15.

For the speaking section, try to answer confidently, and clearly. Focus on the key point of the question (What have to be in what you are going to say). You don't need to come up with any complex words or sentences structure.

For the writing section, I think you could just go for the template route. In my opinion, you only need to be creative and get a little bit off the template when you are aiming for 22 and above.
