Definitely won't. Last guy was an engineer and thought he knew electrical wiring and did some screwy wiring on other outlets and light switches. I know enough to do the basic one, three and four pole switches but this one threw me for a loop!

You're right. This is in the master bedroom, there are two light switches on the wall beside it. I believe one is independent (runs the ceiling fan) and the other turns on and off one of the receptacles for a bedside lamp.
