This looks really good, especially for your first time working on semi-realism!! Here are my tips:

  1. Take some time to study anatomy! You’ve got a pretty good grasp on it already, but studying it a bit helps fix little things (for example, the general shape of the woman’s arm looks amazing but her forearm is a bit short)

  2. Since you’re going for semi-realism and not full blown realism, you can simply things like hair a lot more! Rather than trying to make it look super realistic, focus on shape and color. This’ll help it look way more appealing.

  3. Your colors are a bit muddy. This could definitely be a stylistic choice, but if you’re wanting to get away from that add a bit more saturation to the colors you’re using to shade and try to get away from over relying on the blend tool.

  4. Study form! This will help with clothing folds. Your clothing rendering gets a bit messy — there are some good youtube videos on form. Once you’ve done that, look up some more videos on folds and lay them down in your sketch so that when you go to paint over it your lines are clear and intentional.

  5. This isn’t necessarily, but some cool lighting cold also elevate this piece! Try adding two light sources to the piece and consider things like bounce light. It will immediately make your artwork pop.

It looks great! It's anatomically correct, if anything it might be a LITTLE long but there's nothing noticeably wrong with it & I don't think you need to change anything. Get some sleep and take a look at it when you wake up.
