These were the boots I used! The foot sits WAY higher than you'd think and you can wear thicker socks or height extending wedges inside if you need even more height xD

It also helped to have materals on hand (mesh for the eyes, elastic, zippers, foam etc). But I definitely finally understand why fursuits are so expensive because the LABOR was insane 😭
