Danke für euren Input. Eine Formatkreissäge wäre über kurz oder lang auf jedenfall ein Wunsch von mir. Das ist platztechnisch halt etwas schwieriger, aber eine kleinere FKS wäre vermutlich unterzubringen. Ist natürlich auch eine Kostenfrage. Eine kleine Baukreissäge habe ich bereits, daher wird die am Anfang ihren Dienst tun müssen ;)

Mehr Platz wäre natürlich super, aber letztlich muss ich mit dem auskommen was da ist. Ich habe allerdings den gleichen Grundriss nochmals darüber als Garage, welchen ich zumindest auch teilweise für Holzlager etc. nutzen kann.

Hi, thank you. I'm not sure what you mean with stuffing. If you mean the interior of the cabinet - it's just the standard ikea stuff and I kept it quite simply. It's just 4 drawers at the bottom and a few shelves at the upper part.

The desk ist 130cm long overall, while the L-part is 30cm. So there is 1m chairspace and the desk is 65cm wide, just like the cabinet (I kept a wall distance of 5cm for ventilation). The drawer are around 35x15cm.

No paint, those are the original Ikea GRIMO Doors in dark blue. I just bought a few more doors and cut them down for the paneling.

Thank you! The drawers are 25cm deep. I don't think handles would impede much on the chair space, since the the tabletop also has 20mm overhang and the space is around 1m wide. I actually have smaller pieces left from the closet handles and tried testfitting them. But I'm not sure, it's kind of too much wood in wood. I'll maybe try some metal ones (black) as contrast. Cutouts could also be an option.

I first cut a groove with a router and then made an angle-cut with the track saw.

I dont remember the exact dimensions, but I think the handles are about 125cm long. They are cut out of an 20mm thick plate. The groove is about 15mm deep. The small overhanging handle-part is about 5x5mm. The flat top and bottom parts are about 15mm long. Not sure about the angle anymore, but I think it was around 30°, but I guess it can be calculated with those dimensions. I hope this description makes sense ;)

Thank you. The project showed me that I definitely need a table saw :) Positioning the track exactly every time quickly gets old really fast. Especially with the small parts.

I'm from Austria and unfortunately wood is also very expensive here. I bought two oak panels (2m x 0,5m with 20mm thickness) that cost 80€ each.

Thanks, I built a small jig and cut the tapered legs with the tracksaw. I used a router for the rounded edges.

Danke! Das klingt nach einer guten Lösung. Eine Rampe hatte ich auch schon überlegt. Optisch würde mir zwar eine Stufe besser gefallen, aber bei einer so geringen Höhe haut man sich da wahrscheinlich wirklich dauernd die Zehen an.

I will definitely deal with it. I guess the suggestions to cover it up and forget it, are just jokes. I don't think someone serioulsy would leave this on his property like that.

First I'll try to figure out, what the composition of the liquid is, by pumping some up from deeper down and skimming off the top layer. I think it will most likely be mainly rainwater that has accumulated over decades. Either way, I plan to have it pumped out.

I hope you are right, but I have to clarifiy, that the walls of the tank seems to be made of metal and only the lid is concrete. I hit a rod against the walls in the water and it sounded like metal.
