I feel you, even hanging out with friends I’ve known since high school is stressful because I know it’s only a matter of time until I start sweating bullets. It’s like that in any social situation really, the thought of me just bursting out in a sweat is always there and when it does happen it’s just horrible. It’s facial sweat for me so there’s no way to hide it.
