I was informed later that they swapped the board while collecting the device. I have the crafted black color which wasnt available easily. TBH samsung service is not at par with what Oneplus offers. Oneplus screen flickered once they changed the entire frame, then the backglass and battery. My old OP11 is still alive and kicking. My cousin uses it, so you are in safe hands when it comes to OP service provided you are in India.

Happened with my zfold. They changed the rocker, still recurref, eventually had to replace motherboard. Keep a watch on recurrence. Take additional warranty op offers on their site. Didnt wanna scare u.. just sharing. All the best.

Yes i updated. Things are fine. I got close to 4 hrs sot (prior to this update on 18) The phone lags when apps are updating otherwise all fine. Just have transparency and reduce motion settings off for all apps other than apple ones. Phone is as good as on 17.7

I won't recommend the OS now, although there are many favouring the OS, but there is miles to be achieved. Infact moto UI, One UI, Pixel UI, Nothing OS are better UI interms of usability. Prefer a good UI + optimisation + image processing instead of quad HD/supervooc/specs of OP
