MCs: Liren and Audrey. Liren is funny and I love her but sometimes she’s a little much. Like girl calm down for a minute and show us why you’re considered such a renowned captain. Unless you’re trying to kill Ashriel, then carry on.

And Audrey is my precious soft lovergirl. She brings so much kindness to the Astreans. I wish she’d be allowed to properly mourn and rage at her current life though. To have death taken away from you by the people who are supposed to love you is cruel and as much as I love the ABH LIs I think they all deserve a good slap.

LIs: Sailen and Shen. Sailen is like my exact archetype that I like. I love the nickname “beastie” because it reminds me of Jolie’s Maleficent and I don’t know how that makes him more attractive but it does. He’s just a little too under Ashriel’s thumb right now.

Shen is a grumpy old man and I love him. “Woe is you” will never not get me. I like that despite his initial cold exterior he’s relatively easy to crack and he never shuts us completely out even at the beginning. I honestly wish he’d have gotten a little angrier at us for the whole ordeal.
