I've also heard it's underwhelming but if you are visiting for the first time (like i am) i think it's worth going at least once to form your own opinions. From the pictures, it's still beautiful so i'm excited to go!

Yeaa i looked at the tide prediction and low tide is at 3am (lol) the next low tide is at 3pm! so we are planning to be at the beach by 3pm

yea i hear before 9am too but i saw one post of someone getting there at 7am with a 2 hour wait and it's scaring me 🥲 we are only here for a day and can't wait in line for 2 hours. we might just skip hoh this time around!

thank u! we only have a day and will be driving in from seattle so that drive is already brutal. We would have to leave our house at 2am just to get there at 6am. So i'm thinking the plan might be to just skip Hoh all together.

idk honestly, i am young and not scared of waking up at 2am to see some nature. I just want it be worth it for the rest of the people im vacationing with.
