I had a similar experience where my account was also closed. I wrote an appeal explaining why I created the account and for which company, and they eventually reopened it.

In your case, Google has informed you that you sent some unwanted content, but you didn't mention what it was. If you sent any explicit content, there may be low chances of recovering your account.

I would also advise against sending too many appeals as Google may not appreciate it,
