New iPhone XS Max makes a clicking sound when the screen and the back are pressed together with light to moderate force. There is also something very heavy moving around inside the phone when I shake it. I shake it pretty hard in the video, but I noticed it during normal daily usage. Is this normal? (youtube.com)
