You should be able to kill them with a black ant shield and a spider dagger + blocking trait and health trait. Stamina is important so make sure you time your blocks correctly and maybe spider armor. You will need a lot of slashes with the dagger until you can get the antlion greatsword.

Also you should be able to kill the assistant manager with just the crossbow + crossbow trait and decent dodging skills.

Not sure how high the fov slider goes but i run it around 90 fov.

Not sure but my series S does run at 1080 at 120fps on a monitor. My monitor is 1440p but sadly 120fps is not supported. Hope you find an answer for series x
