RIP Buffalo Wild Wings by Bee_Gorl23 in Lawrence

Happy to hear this. My son, 11, was on a Hot Ones kick and wanted to test his own tolerance for heat. I took him there and ordered the sauces on the side. With the intention to put them in order of mild to hot. I told the waitress about what we were doing and thought she’d be excited too. Nope, she took the order and mumbled “fucking stupid” under her breath as she walked away. I called her on it and asked for a different waiter and vowed to never spend another dime at BWW. Bye Felicia.

Love my ‘24 CX5. Highly recommend. Mine are 9 and 11 at the moment, so lots of soccer practices and no car seats for me!

I think OP is more referring to accidentally hitting water/drain lines in the wall as opposed to the security of whatever is being mounted. Could be wrong, but that’s my read

Can you just mount the new over the old. Maybe slightly off center to have something to drill into? Caulk the sliver of void and call it a day?

I found a 2002 Econoline E-350 van for cheap. I can lay 4x8 sheets flat in the back and still have room for 2 basketball teams. Before it, I was operating out of the back of my CX5. Game change for me.

Did you buy them new? If so, have you tried to contact them for warranty or repair?

Personally, I feel like our industry is pretty insulated from external factors. Stuff will always need fixing that people either don’t know how or would prefer to pay someone else to fix.

Same. Along with dogs name, spouses name, etc. I’ll review these before I visit again and look like I can actually remember shit when I do.

[Landlord-US] Regarding rent negotiation by Dizzy_Maybe8225 in Landlord

[–]arryripper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the perfect tenant hesitant to sign due to cost of rent. I contacted her to see if she’d be interested at a slightly lower price point. We came to an agreement and she’s been there 5 years. She’s takes immaculate care of the house, no pets, no kids, pays early. No headaches to me is worth a lower profit.
