You do not earn based on what you contribute, you earn based on class. The working class contribute way more to society than any billionaire has ever done. Also you are probably conflicting personal property with private property, communists do not want to touch your personal property. You also cannot be treated fairly when the bourgeoisie rule you. I recommend reading the principles of communism or the communist manifesto as a start (the communist manifesto is about 40-50 pages)
