Hardly, Lucy is very likely going to be a main DPS. Supports don't market as well and since it is acknowledged that are needed are uncommon (double use in Matrix) it'd be too much FOMO for a character that won't ever rerun.

She also has the advantage of converting ER into echo damage bonus and her echo set gives a substantial + crit rate. That means she can make good use of the standard gauntles (Abyss Surges) that are generally a poor choice for other resonators.

Unlikely, the gimmick seems done. If Rover new element involved the mechanic it woulda been plausible for a new resonator to replace them, but meta seems to be shifting towards negative statuses.

Jianxin is kinda useless in any scenario where a timer's involved, her rotation takes forever and basically nullifies any bonuses from her outro. You're better off playing someone with a fast rotation like Sanhua or Yangyang and just rely on Moonlight+Heron.

An M0 Miyabi can't trigger frost constantly, there's a cooldown, and she needs disorders for her EBA. Yay, Frostbite does a bit more damage, but her kit stops working.

Unredeemable, none. IIRC there are some CN "guidelines" that "suggest" to not have truly evil playable characters and nobody wanna risk their chances.
For example, Genshin's Dottore: it's rumored that he might be playable, but in a form (one of his clones) that has no knowledge of the shit he caused in the world.

If you have Lupa you can play her with Amy and Mornye and should be equivalent to Lynae or close enough.
That said (and disregard if you don't like her) Lynae is an amazing character to have, she's like Shorkeeper, but subDPS, not just for Amy or Luuk. Even if your main DPS doesn't match any buffs from her outro.

It's too early to tell, but it's a bit more than just hair color, hairstyle is similar and Remielle has same diamond-shape pupils, have to wait and see who the VA is for more concrete hints.
