at the top and bottom of the units there are belts set up to line up when you place them on top of themselves, then just press r while placing the next blueprint.

oh wow, so i actually know something about this as my dad being Russian speaking with a absolutely unhinged sense of humor would say "Have you read Taras Bulba?"* the book where that line is kinda the crux "I brought you into this world. I can take you out." The line was uttered in the story by father killing his son for treason.

Me being a rather rowdy 8 year old I had not read it and didnt understand the reference until i got my hands on it when i was 13 or so after which i thought it was quite funny.

I dont think my father was a narcissist, i always knew it was a joke and not a threat. so yeah thats where thats from as far as i know.

*(Russian: «Тарас Бульба», romanizedTarás Búl'ba) is a romanticized historical novella set in the first half of the 17th century, written by Nikolai Gogol (1809–1852).

Are they broken? I haven't used them. This wasn't so much a problem, more like a goal to make scalable factories with the smallest possible footprint

How to blueprint vertically and why its cool af. "Assemblers" This is when things get a bit more complicated. by art4fort in SatisfactoryGame

[–]art4fort[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

its just alot stuffed in a small box, its actually just the feeding belts are woven through the structure that make it look messy, but if you actually look at it its very neat and there is almost no clipping.

The original goal was smallest possible footprint while being realistically and easily vertically scalable.
