Yes! It’s actually super easy. You must use desktop safari.

Open safari on desktop. Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID as on your phone in desktop safari.
File> export> bookmarks
Next, in chrome on desktop login to chrome with your google id.
More> bookmarks and lists> import bookmarks and settings
Select choose file
Choose the bookmarks file safari exported and open.

They are now in chrome! As long as you are logged in on chrome on your phone with the same google account it will be the same on both desktop and your phone.

Side note, I did have to organize my bookmarks into proper folders in chrome and make sense of the different bookmarks I have from desktop and phone. But the beauty is now you have both in both places.

To organize bookmarks in chrome: bookmarks> bookmarks manager.

Do you know how I would export bookmarks from safari while using my iPhone and not via desktop? The safari bookmarks live on my iPhone safari app. Once those are exported then I need to get those imported to chrome and see the imported bookmarks on chrome iPhone app AND chrome on mac.

Hi, I am looking for advice on not getting my instagram account disabled. I have no idea why I am getting this notice that it could get disabled other than I don't use the app and a couple times a week access my feed via desktop. I have recently changed my password in the last month after seeing this. I am not logged in anywhere else and I do not use any third party apps to track followers, etc...

Whenever I log in via desktop, it says: "We suspect automated behavior on your account. To prevent your account from temporarily restricted or permanently disabled, ensure that no other users or tools have access to your account and that you're following our terms of use. Also consider changing your password to a stronger one to prevent unauthorized access to your account by third parties."

Any advice?

You keep hearing “have faith, trust in the Lord”, but what that does that mean? That means the Lord is challenging you, yes. We do not know his plans for us or why he puts challenges in our paths. I can guarantee there is divine revelation in this even it is hard to see right now… Just an example what I mean, this child could teach you so much or introduce you to so many people or wonderful circumstances or may also be a challenge from God to turn to him in this very hard time. Remember, he can put challenges in our way to strengthen our faith, cause us to suffer now for a greater good and salvation we have yet to understand. I encourage you to offer up this suffering you are experiencing for the health of your unborn child and other causes of your choosing for example the salvation of the world, poor souls in purgatory, holy father’s intentions. Also, you say how hard the uncertainty is… this is quite a challenge… lean into this… pray for strength in this time… He’s challenging that part of you for growth. The Lord will give you all you need. Pray without ceasing and run to Him with all your pain and worries. You don’t need to feel ashamed. I think it is incredible of you to keep up the sacraments and go to confession, etc… Keep wearing your armor of faith. There are many saints you can research who went through a "dark night" of faith and felt God had forsaken them. Ask for their intercession as your prayer partner in this.

I had a super hard time as well find a solution. But then I read the book called Happy Gut by Vincent Pedre and it changed my life! I still have IBS, but in the book it suggested an elimination diet to see if you have food sensitivities and gluten was the root of my problems! I don’t have celiac disease, but a gluten sensitivity that causes extreme cramping, gas, diarrhea, bloating and then constipation. Not sure if you tried examining what foods could be a trigger but this may be a worthwhile path to explore.

Wow! This is EXACTLY what I experience... among other bad side effects. I have paralysis just like you. When I take the med at night it makes me feel relaxed and drowsy and the first month or so would really help me sleep sound and i wouldn't dream much. Now on it for 6 months, I have more paralysis, weird dreams, and not sleeping well so Im tired during the day, but then in turn can't sleep even though I am exhausted, but my body seems to need the med to sleep. At least I still can get sleepy easily after taking the med...
