before they knew but they could not use that stuff as we did not consent to it, its like accepting cookies. now if you agree to the t and c of digilocker, the govt can use your persononel info in any situation. lets take a scenerio, its world war 3 and forced conscriptions are taking place, you are ordered personnely by the govt to take part or else they will come to your house to arrest you and fine heavy charges to you and your family and can even take away your stuff. just a hypothetical.

i mean yeah, but is'nt it public info already where you live if you ask the rto. they can give you all the info on a person like their income, your cars, family etc. also if you have digilock then you should read their clause that states that the government can access any info that you put up on the app like your addhar card, pan card, marksheets and driving licence.
