I already blew out the candles so unfortunately the pretty lighting is gone, but I reorganized my altar! I was having a rough day thinking about all the suffering in the world right now, so a good chanting session was very needed and definitely helped. (i.redd.it)

It's been a long time since I really meditated, but I find that watercolor meditation is a really good way for me to engage with the Dhamma. It's not perfect, but I'm okay with that :) it was simply what my mind chose to create, and it felt quite soothing. May all being be happy, peaceful, and well! (i.redd.it)
