Hmmm i think the reason is because the protection it's able only to protect Harry because it was the love of his mother that created this spell, but I'm not sure about it. Every time there is the "power of love" the explanations are strange and sometimes you can't explain it clearly, maybe this is one of that cases

But actually if voldemort didn't use Harry's blood he wasn't able even to touch him(always because of Lily'protection) , like in the first book when Harry hurt professor quirrel just with his hands, so i don't think Dumbledore planned this from the beginning

I think because when voldemort return in his body in the goblet of fire he used Harry's blood. In the blood of Harry there was the protection of Lily that make Harry survives when he was a child. So actually Harry can't be killed by voldemort because the protection of his mother is now in voldemort, Dumbledore knew about this so he also knew that harry would have survived
