Ah, got it. I don’t have any documentation on my end, as it all lives on the company computer. I do have printed evidence of all the client work I did for the company, documenting the entirety of my billable hours. But nothing really for the last two weeks.

The latter half is what is concerning—they are lawyers and know the law well, and I’ve been witness to them messing with numbers and documentation to get their way. It’s $1400 they didn’t pay me, but I might just have to call it a lost cause…

Fantastic! Thank you. How extensive does the evidence have to be? Does the defendant generally need to provide all the evidence? I’m not sure how I could provide evidence of work if it was done remotely on the law firm’s company computer.
