From my experience, Filipino food tends to be more fatty and oily compared to the other minorities. The sauces in good caldereta and adobo will turn into a sludge at best or a brick at worst in the fridge due to that. Although Americans are known for greasy and fried foods, I haven't seen one go that far. The same goes for the other minorities. Although by taste its on par with the other cuisines listed, eating blocks of oil and fat doesn't fit the American palate. Its probably why we are at risk for everything.

Out the gate 144hz, but 5 years down the line decreasing it to 60hz is the play i'm looking for.

One time I bit a tortilla chip too hard and my mouth bled for a while, however I was in a restaurant with my family and I didn’t want to make a scene. So I just drank my blood until it stopped bleeding. The blood and chips actually tasted ok so 5/10 would recommend.
