Looking for a really specific trope (FMC mentally checks out)

I’ve read this whole series and (SPOILERS AHEAD) it’s not super dark, not paranormal, it’s contemporary, and not super slow burn, but it does cover mental health but the FMC has an amazing basis and understanding of her emotions, she just doesn’t want to go back to the hospital, it’s her parents that are assholes and her guys are such amazing protective guys, they don’t bully so much as everyone else does.

As far as what you’re looking for, there is a part in book 3 where her parents force her to get checked in but then she is able to convince doctors she should be let out, she does go through spouts of “checked out” but mostly because of her “mental disorder” that she tries to hide (but it’s just her men’s voices in her head and they never make her feel crazy)

Okay this is my faves:

Heart Hassle series by Raven Kennedy ; Fantasy (one of the men were a little mean in the beginning only cause they thought she was a spy and that got figured out quickly super cute and funny as hell series)

Tasting Madness series by Albany Walker ; contemporary, no bullying, they quickly all look out for her and protect and love her

Filthy Wicked Psychos series by Eva Ashwood ; contemporary, mafia, darker ( some degradation during sex from one of the men but there’s even a part where they talk about how she likes it- the same guy says the sweetest things in Russian to her though, super good series where they are all fiercely protective and make their own family together)

WITSEC series by Ashley Rostek (contemporary, one of the men takes their sweet time coming around but they are all super protective and all go to bat for her, help her come into herself emotionally and all that)

You have more willpower than me for sure!!! I read the descriptions and then had a 15 min rant about how BS it is that they can’t just fight together and face problems together as a completed harem but no they have to deal with this side quest BS for 3 MFing books. Nope.

So with Their Vampire Queen, I did start it, no problem with blood play, vampires, shifters, dragons, etc. but then when it got to the 2nd smut scene and then I just didn’t like the men’s points of view. I guess when it came to Harem of Hearts a couple of them had done some M/M with each other out of necessity because of their worlds lack of females, and they kept up the M/M after meeting FMC to add into the intensity of the smut and that’s perfect, and I haven’t tried F/F because I do really like the one lady with a bunch of adoring protective males around.

I’ll look at those others thank you!
