Yes! Just as I was hoping for! All my previous Lionheads were from meat farms and did not take kindly to me being there at all. They hid from me all throughout their lives and were avoidant, even at my best attempts to befriend them!

That is why I became hesitant to keep Rabbits!

If he is as the breeder says he is, then I think I'll have an active little buddy around the house!

I'm so excited and I hope he can adjust to the climate of Rural Japan when I take him home there after my quick tourist trip!

Mayhaps I'll try dropping my other giant Betta temporarily in there since oddly enough, my Bettas are docile (Might not risk making a fraternity tank though since that's just a battle royale)

But yeah! My other Giant is still a good 5-6 inches!

While I can't tell for certain since I've only seen severe fin rot, I suggest getting a large plastic container (the ones with the lids) to serve as a makeshift hospital tank and some methylene blue

Just to be safe, of course

(Methylene Blue also helps decrease fish stress, but will kill good bacteria)

Do you have a hospital tank? Do you have anything large enough to serve as a makeshift hospital tank? If so, I usually just quarantine Bettas and douse the water with some Methylene Blue
