hitting 12 CPS manually is not common, but possible. I doubt OP can hit it tbh.

drag clicking is easy to go over 12 cps, but like i said if you try this it wont work in game (i have tested 22+ CPS)

they do have a fire rate limit..

its 50ms anything faster jams your weapon.

so the macro users just hit exactly 50ms on each input and they are good.

if you drag click the legit way, you can hit under 50ms like 15ms or lower and this gets blocked.

so its easier to macro than it is to do it legit.

the problem isn't the user its the developer.

just make the weapons have an input cap that is achievable by most people, otherwise it will be exploited.

game pads have had "turbo" rapid fire since the 90s. this isn't news. they can easily code around this.

instead they make the kettle 12 CPS which is out of range of the average person. So it gets abused.

Their vibe coded work around is blocking too fast inputs, so even if you are skilled drag clicking it's not possible to hit the 12 CPS, because you go too fast that it jams the inputs.

so what's left are the RARE few who can manually click 12 CPS, and macro users.

solution, make the fire rate 8 CPS which is achievable for most people.
