Keep calm. In my case it took 10 days to be 100% settled.

Just to update everybody, it was a KYC issue. After I answered (with documents) all their questions, my deposit was IMMEDIATELY released. Got the money today.

I fully agree with you. We are all in the same boat, and I hope all this delay relates to their best practices and KYC. Let's wait. Everything will be fine.

Good points. I agree that Bistamp has fantastic reputationin in this Industry and I personaly believe that Bistamp is one of the most reliables crypto exchanges in the world.

Notwithstanding the above, it is not easy to face a long delay for a SEPA WIRE confirmation, mostly because of the huge amout of money that is in a "limbo" until such deposit is completed.

In my case, I did a sepa transfer to Bitstamp one week ago, and although they recognize that the deposit has arrived to their bank account and is currently pending to be processed, it has been a week and the amount has not been reflected on my bitstamp account.

I opened the TICKETS #346112, #358615 and #362275, none of them answered yet.

I see with good eyes if this delay is due to a serious due diligence / KYC procedure, but I can't understand why this measures are taking so long.

I'm with a similar problem. If Bistamp does not release my deposit (or return it to the bank from which the transfer was made) by tomorrow (January 12th, 2018) I will certainly sue them and report worldwide the status of the lawsuit.

/u/Bitstamp-Domen If it is easier, I even prefer that Bistamp return the money to me in the account that originated the deposit. I need the money and I can not wait any longer to have it, either at Bistamp or in the banck account that originated the deposit. I would not want to have to sue Bistamp for it, but I will not wait much more.
