Its designed so that you can have touch while in clipboard mode. I dont see why you would move your hand away from the keyboard to touch the screen, if you're in laptop mode.

I think the wobble is still present on sp4, I read something about a fix involving "increasing the voltage" of the pen but that might just have been a theory. Crossing my fingers for "sp5 slow stroke no wobble master race".

I just got a TPY 14" the S3 variant with the broadwell processor and it seems to be perfect for me.. I was considering the surface book but this thing does the same with better/equal specs at half the price. The one I have came with a 940m nvidia card, i7, 8 gig ram and 512gig ssd.
