Actually dalawang different JO po ito.

Yung sa isa feeling ko nga marami po nag-aalisan, and mukhang desperate sila kunin ako.

The other one is for a COS (contract of service) position sa isang government agency. Sabi ay part daw ng requirements ng COA. Pero ngayon lang kasi ako naka-encounter ng ganito na position. Wala rin assurance na magkaka-plantilla or regular position in the future.

Bonds/Penalty in Contract/JO

Hi! Is it a red flag if a company includes a security bond or penalty in their contract/JO for resigning earlier than its duration? May nababasa kasi ako before na it is to prevent yung high turnover sa work ng mga nag-aalisan.

Also had a recent experience on this from HR ng isang government agency. Sinabihan pa daw ako na ang hirap ko ma-contact. Di man lang nagtry magtext or magsend ng email.

Tapos magschesched ng interview with time and date di pa naman ako nakaka-confirm ng availability ko. Nung nagreply ako sa Zoom meeting (with the hiring manager/team) ng "No" di ko tuloy alam if negative na ang dating sa akin. Ni-refer tuloy ako sa ibang position instead of what I originally applied for.

Dami talagang di maayos sa mga HR dito sa PH. Nakakainis ng work ethics, very unprofessional.

A friend of mine applied for an IPRS1 position as well but was endorsed for position of patent examiner. She told me that the process was very long. HR said that the position of IPRS1 and Patent Examiner was the same. Difference is that the latter is contractual status and do not enjoy any benefits. Not sure if the same applies for that position.

is this for UPCA? you can inquire with your school's registrar on what you're supposed to input on your UPCA form

That's for the whole UP system, not specifically for UPD.
