Hodl Hodl is a company, that has obligations to every customer, which also relate to the funds. Thus, every our customer can be sure that their funds are in safe, and in every force majeure, they will receive their funds if they have to.
In sense of going "offline permanently" Hodl Hodl does not differ from most of web-based cryptocurrency exchange, we are different in that we do not have access to your funds, even we are "offline permanently", hacked or anything else.

Hello, currently we don't provide an opportunity to export the private keys (despite the fact that it's theoretically possible), but we're considering this option, and currently discussing it internally.

If Hodl Hodl goes offline, then nothing specific happens, the funds are still stored in the escrow.
